Rick Pedolsky
Rick is a co-founder of Crossroads, with long experience as a producer, writer and director of films, special format presentations and mixed-media programs. His focus is on the creation of multimedia, multilevel communication strategies and presentation concepts that attract, engage and motivate audiences over the long term.

Cecilia Haglund
Cecilia is a co-founder of Crossroads. With a Master's degree in theater from Temple University in the USA (as well as advanced degrees from the University of Stockholm in English, Spanish and German), and long experience as actress, producer and director, Cecilia focuses on using theater and performance as a pedagogical tool for personal development and organizational change.
